MODE D'AMOUR

I'm quite fond of Annemiek, her uncomplicated style, adorable meerkat face, and lovely giraffe legs.

can't you see it? she has lost so much weight and she doesn't seem to be healthy at all :(

I used to visit her blog, but I stopped because she got so skinny that really creep me out. I mean I love a model's body, but that's not even close to a model's body. I'm not saying she's anorexic or anything. The girl might be super healthy and eat tons of food, but this really looks ugly.

Giraffe legs? Are you crazy? I'm sorry but can't you see that she is wayyyyy to skinny. Very unhealthy and it looks very bad. I visited her blog too but I stopped looking for the same reasons as Nadia.

yeah me too, so agree with Nadia, I used to read her blog everyday, but stopped when I saw how unhealthy she looks :( I clearly remember when she had a normal weight and now I can barely look at her. In fact, the girl truly has that cool style but seeing her in this situation makes me wanna cry. And then I thought I was the only one! Now i guess not.

This is my first time on your blog, and throughout, I felt as though it glamorized an unhealthy body. I'm sorry but there is a limit and showing girls who are clearly not healthy just for the sake of "fashion" is irresponsible. It's condoning and glamorizing this very real and serious issue in the fashion world.

I understand thin photographs better, I work in fashion. I understand that a size 2 or 4 is preferable to an 8 or a 10. BUT there needs to be a limit. This poor girl. There are so many fashionable women to feature and photograph that are healthy (and thin) please, focus on them instead.
