From all of his beautiful shows, this would have to be my favourite...so theatrical. I love how the models each have a runway character...(watch here)

Also, apologies for the minuscule pictures - I hunted for hours trying to find bigger images, but apparently in 1997 high resolution didn't exist.

oh wow it dates back till then?? when I was only 3 years old and in kinder...can't believe McQueen used to collaborate with Givenchy. these designs are just insane ♥ the first picture and the roman warrior wings head piece caught my attention.
what an update. love this!

Can't believe I didn't know about this. My excuse is I was only 11 and living in Indonesia so there was no way I could've accessed this! Thanks for sharing, it makes me want to share my fave collection from the past too!!

This is definitely a favourite of mine too, although I am a massive fan of Hubert De Givenchy's work, Mcqueen really breathed new life into an old favourite...

It doesn't look one single day outdated. Are we ever going to have another McQueen? I don't think so.
I love it!

it's mildly heart wrenching to look at these and think about the godly McQueen. but, on another note, what a fucking brilliant find brydie : ) every model walked down that runway like she was the star of the show and, cohesively, it was a haunted fairy tale masterpiece. a seriously great find.
